droneflatframe

Flatframe is something I started playing with shortly after getting used to flying my drone. It all starts with a piece of 4K footage. It helps if you keep the drone and its camera stationairy—capturing the motion of the subject in the frame. Waves, wind through grass, a crowded plaza, anything with motion makes for an excellent Flatframe subject. I have found that 10-60 second clips make for the best final image.

Import the video into Photoshop as layers, then blend them together. The end result is like a Deep Dream Van Gogh, or a healthy dose of psychedelics.
